Come to the farm and meet some of our Highland Calves in our dedicated SEND sessions, which take place in the cow barn out of the elements! ♾️

These sessions are designed for school groups or children and adults who benefit from smaller group sizes and a slower-paced format, providing a calm, quiet experience supported by a patient and understanding guide. 🤝

In this 30-minute session, you will get up close and personal with our mini moos, allowing you to stroke, brush, feed, and take lots of photos. 🫶

You'll learn interesting facts about highland cows, their behaviours, and personalities. We're very passionate about our pedigree Highlands, so we want you to leave us loving the breed just as much as we do!

Stroke the Highlands 📏

It's not every day you get a chance to meet these animals and get hands-on! Learn how to comb the calves' distinctive long hair and prepare yourself for giving them plenty of scratches and head rubs!

The encounter lasts around 30 minutes.

Available: Wednesdays at 10 am.
January to December.

Best suited for adults and children aged 5 upwards.

Children must be accompanied by a participating adult. (Under 2s Free)

Not recommended for those who are pregnant.

Sensible footwear and clothing are recommended.

Suitable for participants who use a mobility scooter, wheelchair or walker.
