Invalid Gift Vouchers!

Due to a recent change to our booking system, old Electronic Gift Vouchers / Cards purchased before July 2026 with the redemption code in the 16-digit format e.g. xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx
(N.B. It's not the confirmation code like this, e.g. kdTh6O08bc36Uh53IDg7T2h)
are no longer redeemable for experiences on the new booking system; they can still be used to purchase Highland Cow Gifts in the online shop.

To request a new gift certificate to redeem against experiences, old vouchers can be exchanged by filling in the form on this page.

Please remember to check your spam folder if it’s not in your inbox.

New 8-digit Gift Certificate codes
