Gift Vouchers

Due to an upcoming change to our booking system, old Electronic Gift Vouchers / Cards will only be redeemable for experiences dated before September. For dates after that, and if they are still valid, they can be exchanged for a new gift certificate code.

For old Gift Voucher / Cards

To book select the experience required, and then an available date, and add it to the cart. Then when you go to checkout, Under ‘Order summary’ is a box to enter the Gift Code, click Apply, this will redeem your voucher and then you must continue with the checkout process.
The voucher code is in a 16 digit format e.g. xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx

N.B. It is not the Confirmation Code on your Order Confirmation, the voucher code comes on a separate mail with the subject - Here's a gift card for Highland Cows of the Peak Experiences, please check your spam folder if it’s not in your inbox.

Gift Certificate codes can be redeemed by entering the code during the checkout process on the new booking system found here

Gift vouchers are non-refundable after 14 days from purchase and are valid for a maximum of 12 months.
