Gift Vouchers

Due to a recent change to our booking system, old
Electronic Gift Vouchers / Cards in the 16-digit format
e.g. xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx
are no longer redeemable for experiences on the new booking system; they can still be used to purchase Highland Cow Gifts in the online shop.
For experiences, they can be exchanged for a new gift certificate code by filling in the form here.

Gift vouchers are non-refundable after 14 days from purchase and are valid for a maximum of 12 months.
